Nagato speed?

So I was looking through the manga, and something caught my eye:

Nagato used Shinra Tensei and then almost immediately appeared behind a bewildered Bee. Did he just blitz Killer B? Or did he reverse summon the chameleon to that side of the battlefield? I thought it could've been a mistake by Kishimoto, but then Bee went on to say 'not so fast'. Thoughts? I'm totally baffled at the moment.

the summon is huge, and I think few pages later at that location Naruto gets caught by the chameleon, so it was there with nagato.

he has the manipulation of gravity after all
he can make the gravity around him so heavy that he could of reached the ground faster all that gravity weight on him from his manipulation

Hmm, either the chameleon is possibly one of the fastest summons in NU or Nagato is using some sort of reverse summoning, which is even more broken.

Infact no, he can't be reverse summoning it, that'd be even greater than Hiraishin since he'd be summoning it at a place where he's not physically present. The Chameleon must just be that quick or Nagato (But Shinra Tensei just flattened the trees, so did it just move along that path?) must be able to fly at insane speeds.
