I personally think Kisame might be able to beat him too. A lot of people forget that he was throwing Bee around like nothing during their fight. He is easily top 10 imo but, is always over-looked. Sadly he didn't get the amount of panel time he deserved.

The only thing that brought kisame away from top 10 is that he was matched with a wrong nin = GAI....but somehow, I agree with you that he'll give nagato a hard fight...but not to the extent of beating him not unless he fights with the immobile nagato...he can drown the weakling away...hehehe....

It can happen....when nagato finds a robotic feet which will enable him to travel fast as well....it's his weakness = mobility....even in MMA or boxing, slow opponents gets pissed on and will be like a live punching bag for enemies...
