[Question] Nagato restrictions

What are the restrictions for nagato? because in bio rules it says for restrictions part:
need to pass the test from nexus
need to be a member for 3 months
but it doesnt say what rank i have to be and what i get with it.

- To have a Nagato Uzumaki Bio a member must be at least Sannin Rank
- They must have been a member for at least 6 months
- They must gain permission from two roleplay moderators
- A member must undertake a battle test given by Zenryoku, Izuna, Scary Yamato showing their skill and understanding of the Basic 5 elements and The Rinnengan techniques.
- A Nagato Uzumaki bio cannot have The Eight Gates or Sage mode within their biography.
- A member cannot possess a Special Bio as their second Biography for example Minato or Madara or possess a kekkai Genkai in their second biography
