Pain, imo.

Nagato had a great backstory, but I feel as if he ended too soon. I liked the mysterious vibe the Six Bodies of Pain had, they definitely emulated a Final Villian that would make Naruto (as a series) interesting. I miss the old days when we saw his character and got goosebumps, but now ... not so much.

No matter how much you shroud Deva in "coolness", he was just another whiner like the rest. He and Madara concealed it better than Obito but at the end of the day, it's all irritating to behold.

That's why I liked Naruto; he just gone on with it. Yeah, he had some slip ups but he always picked himself back up again.
