What does Nagato even have to put Naruto down?

-His Gedo control is inferior to Obito's due to the lack of Senju DNA.
-Chibaku Tensei is effortlessly destroyed by Bijuu Dama.
-CST is easily tanked by Naruto's Kurama cloak as it withstood a Juubi laser and Naruto himself took no damage. Since CST isn't going to do any damage to Naruto himself any lower scale ST won't either.
-Preta to absorb his cloak is his only chance, but that's if Nagato even manages to lay a hand on him, that also leaves him wide open for an attack by Naruto's SM Clones.

Nagato can't beat Naruto.

How could nagato not beat naruto. Nagato was beating him while he was fighting bee and itachi.
All BM narutos attacks are chakra based, they can be absorbed, it doesn't help naruto any because all nagatos attack are at full power since he is not using 6 different bodies. The only chance naruto has is his speed, which can be both intercepted and blocked.

Read the title. It says BM Naruto, and Naruto didn't exactly wasn't going to die back there.

Endless = No limit
No Limit = Infinite

The key phrase is, "as if". This is a simile/hyporble. This is why you should have paid attention in English class.
Similes aren't supposed to be taken directly; they is similar (get it?) to metaphors.
