I think Nagato wins this with a Chibaku Tensei.
But I need another opinion.

Amaterasu countered with Preta or Deva path. Summonings provide extra vision, and living itachi cannot waste amaterasu on summonings against an opponent like nagato. Nagato is a sensor, and can fight with his eyes closed thanks to his summonings. Not factoring in Asura path, which will have itachi resort to susanno.

CST wouldn't destroy his V4 Susano'O or kill him at the very least. And I'm fairly sure, that the dragons were dodged by the likes of Hanzō.

I have seen yet any evidence that implies Nagato being able to counter Itachi's speed and Totsuka no Tsurugi.
