Naruto's 6 tailed cloak had enough force to overwhelm Shinra tensei, naruto now is stronger than that.
Nagato would not be able to follow naruto's movements.
Have we seen anything Cut naruto in that form?
Naruto is faster than he was in this battle, nagato takes time to absorb large amounts of chakra, naruto has the largest, and could have mode away quickly.

2. Second Time: KM Naruto got stuck at Nagato, while nearly 12 other KM clones were helping the various divisions.

1.) a loss will always be a loss, since naruto beat him. sregardless of the condition, naruto won, which means that he can beat Pain. (i don't call him naguto, since I dont know him well enough (or at all) to call him by his birth name xD)
2.) Technically, naruto held back too because he allowed minato to surpress the nine-tails.
3.) Never is a strong word. How he is now, he's more than powerful enough to beat Pain, nd i'll create a seperate thread explaining why.
4.) Though he said he'll avoid fatal injurys, that chakara rod pierced naruto's stomache at the end. He would eighter bleed out, or the bactiria in his stomace would spread out through the rest of his body, infecting his vital organans and kill him. (yeah, thats right, ik about medics xD) He also... never mind, I was about to type somethoing stupied...
