Ik what your saying and what im saying is no matter how smart you are if their are flames covering the battlefield you phyiscally cant avoid it. The arguement on Susanoo speed and minatos i said that Susanoo ribcage is instaneous. For example:

What you dont seem to understand about this picture is sasuke did not bring up the susanoo while being grabbed it was at the very last second to last second that no one even saw the ribs until afterwards.

Susanoo ribcage speed is instant and comes up that way. Also the sharinghan predicts movement based on muscle movement, Minato moves his muscles when he teleports therefore with the Sharinghan predicting when minato will teleport and Susanoos reliable last min formation speed, sasuke can safely take it down and bring it up to conserve charkra without the fear of being attack by minato.

Sasuke has Far more reaction time than tobi and sasuke has shown to take advtange of Sharinghans feats to predict movements, examples:

Sasuke is a Fast Ninja and has great reaction time.
Tobi has never shown to have good reaction and has never shown to take advtange of the 3 tomoes sharingan feat to Predict movement.

Simply because tobi is more powerful than sasuke does not mean everything about tobi is superior to everything about sasuke.

Theres considerable more time to react to an attack thats cocked back then to an attack thats instant. Minato's attack is instant an where was it said that minato's muscles move a certain way when he uses FTG? I dont remember that. He doesnt even use hand signs. It just happens, one thing all the attacks that yo showed sasuke dodging have one thing in common. They all are attacks he can see coming from far away or attacks that are coming straight for him. Minato's attack happens in a instant, he doesnt FTG then coc back an stab. The time he did it to tobi when he got there the Blade was in his stomach instantly. Sasukes eye's are good but there's no proof the sharingan can follow FTG like that an I personally dont think anyone's reaction if quick enough to stop minato's attack. Espeacially is sauaske gets tagged an doesnt no it like tobi didnt. If sasuke gets tagged an doesnt know it he better stay in suasnoo cause the second he comes out he's done.

And the black flames can cover as much of the feild as they want, its not like theyll cover like a mile an minato's just gonna be like" I guess i cant back up anymore" minato can go where ever he want an sasuke can follow him but minato WILL NOT get hit by amaterasu in anyform. Plus lets not act like the black flames wont hurt sasuke, he'll have to keep putting them out with his eye's if he wants to move around the battlefeild. Yea suasnoo can take black flames but if he jumps an lands in it or runs over it he'll get burned too. Not to mention we've never even seen sasuke cover anywhere near the area itachi covered with his amaterasu in his fight with sasuke. Im not saying he cant but here's the think...

And Minato is still > than Sasuke (He always has Gamabunta as well). I think Minato and Nagato are either equal or Minato is > because non of Nagato's other abilitites would even touch Minato, only Shinra tensei would be effective as that would keep him away and prevent being marked from Minato's seal. However Minato is smart and would figure out the 5 sec interval which is plenty of time for the fastest shinobi ever to mark him with his seal.

Im not too sure to be honest, I mean if an incomplete Tobi can manipulate Nagato then a Tobi with Rinnegan should win I think. However without all of Tobi's extras such as the tailed beasts, gedo mazo he is probably the weakest considering he was almost done for by both Minato and Konan.

Minato can keep Nagato busy with FTG easily making him the hardest to catch.

I'm am not sure which Tobi this is but if it is Normal he makes Sasuke fodder. Rinnegan he makes Sasuke fodder. He has shown that his abilities are far beyond Sasuke's.

He can just teleport him. Sasuke would not know what to do.
As soon as he is done He backs up Hashirama (if he has Rinnegan then easily takes down Naruto, if not they have a hard time) and they beat Naruto. Minato is probably close to death by now but with Hashirama and Tobi there Nagato will lose.
