1. Madara mentioned that no one that has seen Perfect Susanoo has lived to talk about it (something like that). This implies that he has obviously used it before. Unless you're saying that he had the Rinnegan through the battles in which he has used it before.
2. Uchiha's aren't known for having low stamina. Every Uchiha didn't have the exact same amount of stamina every other had. It's just that their techniques are heavy chakra consumers. Even among the Uchiha, Madara was born with exceptional chakra.
3. If the battle is prolonged, then I do believe Madara will wind up running out of chakra if he keeps PS up the entire time.
4. Most of his attacks are ninjutsu which would be absorbed with Preta Path. What cut the mountain in half wasn't directly the Susanoo's sword's doing, it was more like the 'shockwave' the swing caused that sent it straight towards it. The 'shockwave' isn't directly ninjutsu and if Nagato is hit by it, he would most likely be immobilzed by it. He could use Shinra Tensei and perhaps the force would be strong enough to repel it. When Naruto said that the techniques were faster (also stronger), I think he meant that it was the speed of their execution. Madara also has Taijutsu but I don't think it would be superior to Asura Path.
5. I believe that the summons' linked vision works like cameras. If one of those "cameras" gets caught in genjutsu, Nagato would be able to tell the difference between the illusion and reality by seeing what's really happening through the eyes of his summons. Where one pair of eyes see the illusion and the rest don't. So he could tell the difference this way.
6. With his Susanoo, he would be protected by pratically all the summons since they haven't shown anything to get through it. The cerberus will be causing a ruckus though. I do believe Bansho Tennin could pull him out though and the summons could attack but Susanoo itself won't be immobile and could also counter-attack and/or defend(perhaps grab Madara). The rest of Nagato's summons are better keeping their distance to serve as extra pair of eyes.
7. Susanoo isn't immobile if this happens. It could grab Madara with one arm while it attacks with the other 3.
8. I agree with it to some extent but I believe Susanoo(his most chakra consuming technique) will only be activated during certain occasions to preserve his chakra. But note, if that shockwave does hit, Nagato would also be done for. It could happen if he's hit during an interval.
Though I do believe Nagato will most likely win, it will be hard difficulty. And even in some scenarios, Madara will come out on top.
