IF the dead bodies can use them than so can he. He's obviously crippeled and weakened, but he was able to use it when he was an Edo
When he was an Edo you basically have unlimited chakra and stamia, no need for him to use the 6 paths. He only used them because of his weakened state

Nagato used Almighty Push/Shinra Tensei against Hanzo's men.

Madara SHOULD be able to use all those techs because, well, the eyes that Nagato had originally were Madara's.
As for Obito, he only has ONE, so I think he was only able to do create another 6 paths of pain with it at best.
