Itachi can use tsukyomi and beat both and Nagato soloed Naruto in kybbi mode and killed bee and they would both be dead if not for Itachi.So i think Nagato and Itachi would be over kill

If with paths, then the kage will win. If nagato full health, then it's much more complicated, i would be leaning more towards itachi and nagato, but one of them dies as well
