They can't use the path tech bec Tobi can't kep them uncontrol at the same time.

Itachi seals couple of them then and Nagato uses his CT on the rest.

Yeah v2 beast mode would dodge amaterasu so they wouldnt need to go final form.....Itachi and Nagato still wins tho for many reasons... nagatos path abilities, itachi's legendary weapons, and when the jin paths are sealed(nagato also has sealing abilities, or nagato could just suck their chakra dry idk) itachi can eventually get tobi in a genjutsu when tobi is all alone
