@red- Well, technically Madara used it before it was popular. He used it to summon the statue before dying.
@green- He's not. That was just a rumor started by someone on NF, then three actual translators debunked it. It says nothing about ocular genjutsu on any of Nagato's pages.
@blue- He is the strongest in accordance to the raw strength of his attacks. Though, MS Obito could beat him with kamui.

I agree with everything else though.

You won't ever see it.

There is no such scan. A Nagato fan on NF was trolling and posted that, then several actual translators proved it was false. Nagato's profile in the newest databook mentions absolutely nothing about genjutsu.

Given that BZ once made remarks in early Shippuden about a 3-tomoe user having the capability to capture an MS user in genjutsu if they were skilled enough, the point still stands that Nagato would get caught in ocular genjutsu if his opponent had a lower eye power but were still a skilled enough user. A more destructive eye power doesn't nullify the attacks of the lower one entirely.

The only thing talking about genjutsu and eyes being immune to it is one translation on a page that has no relation to Nagato, which states that people with the sharinnegan were immune to IT. That only includes Madara, Sasuke, and Kaguya.

Once that coward warps him, realistically he'll have to fight him inside Kamui, and Nagato would destroy him since he can't phase.
