Obito said nagato was invincible, konan said he was unbeatable and that he would never lose, zetsu said he didn't think he could ever lose. All 3 of them are the most credible people in naruto and all of them watch nagato grow up and grew up with him so who better to know his power than obito who just about knws everything konan who been with nagato since they were kids and zetsu who has seen and recorded every fight in history.
Nagato mastered ninjutsu that is what the rinnegan grants u. Nagato learned everything tech jairaya taught him as a kid and as a kid he mastered all 5 chakra natures, plus people seem to think he can't do the 6paths tech himself but konan said he can and unlike edo madara who had a few upgrades by kabuto nagato didn't infact kabuto didn't knw he was as powerful as he was until he whooped naruto and bee.
Also nagato is an uzumaki which is of senju descent which gives him a strong life force and able to live for a long time, and he has a lot of strong and powerful chakra able to give lifeless bodies chakra and techs and continuously use them even after his fight with naruto he still use samsara of heavenly life tech and brought back everyone in konoha that he had just killed with one tech through a lifeless body imagine if he did it himself, remember naruto said his power is on a different level when he's doing those techs.
Along with being able to do any ninjutsu tech because he has the rinnegan which grants the user that ability he has mastered yin and yang release and yin-yang release and he is the seventh path which is the power over life and death. Able to use any tech and I'm sure he could use all those rasengan or chidori techs sasuke and naruto created with ease taking no time to learn them because of the rinnegan, he's can use all the paths tech simultaneously like he did against naruto and bee and nobody alive can do naruto and bee like he did even obito now barely could handle naruto and kakashi and he probably would have lost if not for summoning the ten tails. Nagato has the power of creation and ability granted to the rinnegan user able to summon multiple summons at a time like he has shown and while that is going on he can absorb your chakra and suck out your soul and even has the ability to make multiple arms from his body with mechanical weapons and armor so even a great taijutsu use can't touch him and naruto and bee are the fastest alive abd
