Itachi had already defeated Nagato one on one with Amaterasu lol. Nagato then summoned some friends, took some hostages for body shields, Itachi rescued them, and then once again quickly defeated him.

itachi never defeated nagato. nagato uses shinra tensei to push amaterasu off of him just like he already did in the manga.

He used it to push Amaterasu off of him minutes later, after he regenerated, after Itachi had been chatting with Naruto and Bee, instead of sealing Nagato. And even after doing it, you can see that his arm was still wrecked, and he's always needed two organic arms for Chibaku Tensei.

nagato didnt start regenerating until he used shinra tensei. its pretty hard to regenerate while your being burnt by inextinguishable black flames. are you talking about the time itachi sneaked up on nagato while kabuto completely forgot about his existence. you do realize itachi couldnt do that in a straight forward fight.

Amaterasu is useless against someone who can sense it that you are going to use it. Nagato sensed when Itachi was about to use Amaterasu because of the chakra "pressure" coming from Itachi.

Granted Itachi didnt use Amaterasu straightaway but it clearly showed that Nagato can sense it before even Itachi uses it. Even if Itachi manages to land an Amaterasu on Nagato, his damage on arms and limbs wouldnt be a massive problem as Nagato has Asura Path to substitute damaged body parts for mechanical armoury with extra arms, six in fact.

his speed combined with his stealth surpasses mostly everybody else. Here you can see Itachi sneak up behind killer bee properly where as minato the fastest ninja couldn't . No I am not saying Itachi is faster then Minato just his stealth is better as you see below Minato had not realized that killer had a knife towards his gut until it was too late.

3/4ths of itachis feats you just mentioned was when nagato wasnt even fighting itachi. he was taking out his summons while nagato wasnt even paying attention to him which was due to kabuto. kabuto forgot about itachi in the midst of his excitement and nagato was affected because of it.
