he didnt fight anyone good when he was. kakashi? hebi sasuke? they dont compare to SM naruto/kyuubi. pre rinnegan tobi? his victories include konan...and torune...and 4th mizukage..

His battles/encounters ended in mere seconds. Kakashi was done less than a second, Oro/Deidara were done with a normal Sharingan. Tobi, he fought Konan who was well aware of all his ability and the battlefield was in her advantage. He played around with Kakashi/Yamato team which included Naruto/Sakura/Hinata/Neji/etc. He played with Danzou lap dogs, and went into the Kage summit with all them present. At the moment he's defending, while fighting off Naruto (whos gained trust from Karuma) whos in a much better form than he was VS Nagato and he has Kakashi/Gai/Bee with him.

Tobi has better feats.
