Nagato inconsistencies./ Plot Holes!

Why would Nagato want to do that when he didn't even want to fight Naruto?

Also, Kabuto was in control and it was clear he didn't know how to use all the Paths properly.

If Nagato wasn't handicapped the title of the manga would've been to Nagato shippuden. He stayed handicapped due to plot reasons. Anyways.

Yamato is still in that cave lol. Also, Nagato was supposed to revive Madara who died a long time ago but couldn't revive Jiraiya. Dafuq?

jiraiya's body is at the bottom of the ocean, he would just die again.

Hmm... the biggest inconsistency is what I feel of Nagato not reviving Yahiko.
Madara said he wanted to be revived by Nagato.
So if he could revive Madara, he could definitely revive Yahiko!

Nagato can use Naraka Path which can restore any thing to it's full capability, however he couldn't walk because his legs were burnt. If Kishi would make any sense on his manga Nagato would have healed his legs as soon as he learned Naraka Path.

Nagato is pretty much a filler character, like Obito. So I wasn't expecting anything smart from them...

Nagato's idiocy is not a plot hole. He could have just nakara'd Yahiko.
