Nagato is far greater than EMS Madara.

Secondly what does a tailed beast have to do with anything? He has no tailed beasts in his arsenal.

Bringer of darkness would be nullified because Nagato shares his field of vision with his summons, and if he has them out, his paths. Also Bringer of Darkness is a short-mid range jutsu, and Hashi would be screwed from that range.

Wouldn't he have to catch all 6 paths in genjutsu? And with 6 paths and Gedo Mazo when will he have the time to cast it?

im not really a hashirama fanboy. im a madara fanboy. gedo mazo is restrained by mokuton. hashirama off his hype in addition to what we have seen can beat nagato imo. the kin and gin brothers have to capture the persons soul with the rope and sword thing before they can seal the person for saying their most said word.

1. Naruto with Kurama is stronger than Hashirama (as long as Kurama can't be suppressed)
2. Naruto managed to live because he had Kurama to save him from Chibaku Tensei
3. Nagato used a lot of chakra on the all mighty push that crushed the village which means Naruto started the battle with full chakra and Nagato wasn't on full
4. Nagato had no way to suppress his Kurama
5. Naruto had info and Nagato didn't.

What on earth would Hashirama do to Nagato?

Nagato can absorb all his ninjutsu, destroy mokuton easily with shinra tensei, bring him in with the opposite of shinra tensei (like he did to Fukasaku), steal his soul, become immune to taijutsu by turning his skin into metal, shoot rockets from his back, has multiple crazy powerful summonings that Hashirama has no way of dealing with (chameleon that Hashi can't see and the bird that Hashi can't touch).

You mean the same Gedo Mazo that withstand Giant Chouji and Chouza and send them flying with a roar, and stopped Kitsuchi's earth release without great strain? How exactly will mokuton do that? And how will anyone counter the forms that comes from it's mouth and steals souls. I'm sure there is a counter somewhere but we can't just claim character's have it to give them a win.

I've never really liked that forest argument. Hashirama has no intel on Nagato's interval to start off with and we don't even know if that still applies since it's the real version which is a lot stronger than his paths. If that does happens petra path will always block it.
