Hmmm ... well we know white zetsu isn't suited for combat (based on what Tobi said) so i'd be up to black zetsu I guess. And i don't know enough about black zetsu to make an informed decision.

I would predict that nagato would just create one of those gravity ball things and suck zetsu right out of the tree or ground that he's hiding in and then almighty push it into space
