If your talking about when he was fighting pain in Konoha then no, Naruto was in sage mode and i dont think he fully new what he was doing so no. But Nagato also had the Rinnegan and was able to use any jutsu and create any jutsu so still no. (Naruto is my fav character too)

Sm Naruto beat him because he was at like 50% power, and that wasn't even Nagato it was Pain. So either SM or BM Naruto < Full Power Nagato
