The form of Susanoo Madara used, was technically acquired when he awaken the Mangekyou Sharingan, not the EMS. After gaining the EMS, his Susanoo gained greater strength, a "Perfect form." After awakening the Rinnegan, his Susanoo is now capable of pulling meteorites down from space.
