Still Nagato could not be agile. My bet is if he used Asura Path to grow an extra pair of <Mechanical> legs, he could have won. And (maybe), I don't think Kabuto knew about that jutsu, since Kabuto's orders were carried out through Edo-Nagato's body, unless Kabuto knew about that jutsu, he could not have ordered him to do so.

That Jutsu does nothing but alert him when there's an enemy Chakra nearby, something he was already aware of at this point. It won't help him know the exact location of his enemies, if that was the case, Konan wouldn't have had to go and look for Jiraiya.

I dont see what stops nagato from just using bansho tenin to throw his opponents around. They cant use hand seals if they are being repeatedly slammed on the ground.
