We haven't seen Nagato going all out with intent to kill since Yahiko died.. he is talkative type- kind of Naruto in his own way. If he really goes for killing with intent Sasuke won't get time to do anything..

i think sasuke would be able to put up a fight, but not for long...the ems only means that he'd be able to defend himself better lol do you remember how much chakra nagato has?!!! its insane!! he fought the whole village + destroyed it + fought naruto & his beserk fox + revived every1 that was recently killed by him, the guy thought he was god and we see why xD
