nagato cannot absorb bm or km

He doesn't absorb it for himself. The chakra is sealed as for as I know

i think nagato remembered the last time he used preta path on naruto it absorbed senjutsu and turned to stone

In this page, He is already pulling his soul out, so why would he change the path to absorb chakra when he can kill Naruto immediately?.

Idk about Susano'o, but Nagato can absorb KM, possibly BM aswell.

He was able to Absorb Bee's Full 8tailed chakra cloak in Mere seconds, He can Absorb Both Km and Bm if given the chance.

this. km is made of chakra same as bm so he would absorb, susanno'o i don't know because i don't know if that's chakra or something ethereal like it's weapons
