Nagato can solo every shinobi execpt SO6P and Edo Madra

Danzo why not.
Tobi, before he had rinnegan.
Third raikage has ok change, wait no, Nagato defeats him.
Fourth raikage, ok change because of his speed.
Hiruzen, hyped to atleast give nagato a run for his money.

Many of them won't beat him but still Nagato can't solo everyone.

Minato can beat the 6 paths of pain, not sure about Nagato though.

SO6P and his 2 sons would both own him. Edo Madara would be a very close fight, it depends.

Hashirama would lose. Tobi with s/t plus rinnegan and the 6 tailed beasts would win, it does'nt need any explaining.

Nagato would loose to Madara Uchiha - Rinnegan, Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan which gives susanoo, amaterasu and tsukuyomi.. Insane Fire style techniques, plus insane brutal strenght and speed.. Also tons of experience which would give him big advantage against Nagato.. And I bet Madara is better at Rinnegan than Nagato, plus techniques like Izanagi and I bet he has Izanami too, since he was the first one to read uchiha tablets..

Nagato would loose to Tobi - Rinnegan ( The same powers as nagatos ), S/T ninjutsu, Gedo Mazo, 6 Bijuus nothing more, but that would be enough for good.

Nagato would loose to Edo Madara - Everything what I told earlier + Mokuton.. :O

Nagato would loose to Kabuto - If kabuto has Edo tensei and Madara to summon he wins, if the doesnt have Edo he looses..
