Not really, he still have the power of Rikudou, can use high level mokuton, kamui, and summon the Gedo mazo. People seem to throw the word 'fanboy' way to easy when the manga speaks for itself.

First of all, he cannot beat 7 bijuus, not at once and not 1 VS 1. The bijuus are chakra but not chakra like BM mode (the BM Kyuubi can for example get sucked up by preta, but not Kyuubi). You get my point.

He does. He have all the Rinnegan techniques, which is all the base elements, Mokuton, Gedo mazo and high level fire techniques. But he doesn't need to use himself when the Bijuus can defeat him.

Nagato has gedo mazo too and can just lock the beasts away

If both Nagato and Obito were able to 1v1 each other, then Nagato would still have his Rinnegan and Obito wouldn't, because he got his Rinnegan from Nagato in the first place. Therefore it would be no-rinnegan Obito vs Nagato, and frankly in that scenario there is no question that Nagato can kill Obito easily.

Prime Madara was EMS Madara, as Rinnegan Madara was too old to properly use the Rinnegan. That's a fact. Kabuto clearly stated he brought Madara back better than he was in his prime.

Actually, prime Obito was when he had the Rinnegan, along with the 6 paths of Tobi. Nagato beats MS Tobi, but he's clearly below Rinne Tobi, even if he doesn't have the paths

Nagato can solo a lot of ninja easily up to the level of Itachi. The tricky ones like Minato, not 'solo' as in he'll stomp easily.
Then there are the people who be can't stomp in general like Naruto, Kabuto, Sasuke, Madara and Obito... . Some of the people he can't stomp can actually beat him e.g. Madara and Obito. This assumes they use their Rinnegan powers to the max while using their other assets; not if they fight how they've been fighting now.

About Obito and Madara, I said that about them without considering the Juubi. The Juubi actually makes a lot of difference; it is composed of natural energy, not chakra like its Bijuu components. So Shinra Tensei, with a 5 second interim, is the only defense Nagato has against the Juubi i.e. two consecutive Juubi Bijuu Damas can beat Nagato.
