No, he confirms that Kakashi and Guy had already formulated counters for the technique. That and he was already simultaneously controlling 6 Jinchuriki with his Sharingan; that's a lot more chakra exertion than Nagato having to control 6 dead bodies through the usage of chakra receivers. Obito

Nagato fought kakashi with no fatigue whatsoever.

Obito fought Kakashi after a long drawn out fight without his signature ability.
Obito wasn't in ideal condition or in an ideal environment.

Obito can tackle beasts using sharingan, pain could barely handle the nine tails.

They both 1up eachother in one way so it comes down to preference.

Just because Obito lost in todays chapter does not automatically mean Nagato>obito.

I doubt kakashi BY HIMSELF will have counters for human, asura, naraka, animal, preta and deva path. right he may know how to use all this paths but he simply cant because he lacks chakra to do so.

he could have used a simple shinra tensei or preta path on kakashi while they're fighting inside the dimension but no attempt from obito. its either he can't really use it or he just forgot that he's wearing the rinnegan lol.

Remember how powerful Obito was when being under the identity Tobi. Obito just put too much energy and emotion into this war, he fought nonstop long periods of times, firstly against the Jinchuriki, then with Kakashi and Gai joining and also the Shinobi Alliance. Kakashi' chakra for example was replenished at least three times by Kyuubi's Chakra; the whole SA made also use of Kyuubi's chakra once. Madara is an immortal with limitless chakra. So actually, Obito was the only one fighting so much without a break. Assumed, Obito will use the Izanagi contemporaneous with Kamui and the offense of his Mokuton and Rinnegan, Nagato simply gets overwhelmed. The Gedo Mazo is btw also in Obito's full control because of him having Uchiha and Senju DNA.

He also didn't use Mokuton, massive Katon, Izanagi or Uchiha Kinjutsu, only Taijutsu. But in canon, he can still use them as Madara taught this to him.
