Nagato awakened the rinnegan

being an uzumaki, of course it is natural that they won't have those eyes. One possibility I'm seeing here is that nagato is madara's son and nagato's mother is an uzumaki. but I don't believe tobi himself implanted it to nagato, tobi's lying to some extent, we just need to be more patient and wait for tobi or madara to reveal the truth.

Also how would nagato/nobody not notice being abducted and have sugery on his eyes done. When sasuke had both of his eyes replaced with itachi he was in bandages and couldnt use his eyes for a couple days. How would someone miss this??? And don't bring kakashi and others who only had one eye transplated because it is not the same

As for stamina, uchiha have powerful chakra so they dont need as much to perform jutsus while senju have a lot of chakra at their disposal. They are meant to be equal so yes, uchiha can use rinnegan as far as we know.

Even before his parents death we did not see his eyes, kishi did not show us them. Why would he hide them? ermm maybe because he had the rinnegan.

Also to kill the other arguments nagato can not use susano and so on because he is not an uchiha. Rinnegan is a complete differen't doujutsu from sharingan, which can not be obtained until you reach EMS. This is even obvious by the way it looks.

First of all there is no such thing as activating the rinnegan to begin with, its a step from the sharingan therefore in order to activate the rennigan you must first have the sharingan and go up the stages;

So basically tobi talking as madara said that he gave nagato the rennigan, but also nagato was supposed to use rin tensei for him.

Now madara has clarified what tobi says. When madara first came out,the first person's name he said was nagato. He then said that it would appear that nagato had grown. This speak volumes. Madara gave nagato the rennigan, so that nagato would revive him later on, and thats exactly what tobi has said;

Secondly how do i know that nagato's rennigan is transplanted. Well firstly because nagato didnt activate the rennigan. When nagato was a child, his hair had always covered his eyes. We never got to see his eyes, until when he beat that rock chunnin, during his training with jiraiya, did we see that he had the rennigan. He always had the rennigan, but didnt show it until the rock chunnin scenario.

The fact that nagato cannot revert back and fort from the rennigan should tell you that it was transplanted. It a doujutsu has been transplanted and at the moment its transplanted it had the rennigan activated, thats the eye that would be transplanted and remain. No different to how the sharigan was at the time of transplant was activated therefore, thats what the receiver of the eye gets. This is constant with kakashi. At the time of of his transplant obito's eye was the sharigan therefore thats what remained consistent and kakashi cannot deactivate the sharigan no different to how nagato cannot deactivate the rennigan.

The next issue is why did madara give nagato the rennigan and i believe the kakashi and danzo scenario says it all. We know that if a non uchiha gains their eyes, because they do not have the body if they allow the sharigan to remain viisble it completely drains their chakra and thats why both kakashi and danzo have their sharigan eyes covered, to reduce the chakra drained.

Nagato on the underhand doesnt seem to have this problem because he is an uzumaki. Nagato has the powerful chakra that you could say rivals an uchiha for his rennigan eye to stay constant and not drain his chakra like kakashi and danzo who cover their sharigan. Basically here.

Thats what im saying. Madara gave the rennigan to someone with powerful chakra, because that is what is needed for such a doujutsu like the rennigan. If kakashi had the rennigan, id guarantee he'd run out of chakra in a minute xd.

Also note that madara has also been said to have very powerful chakra, even for uchiha standards;

What about Madara?
I dont understand your post but let me put this into perspective.

Sage- has rinnegan + juubi
power split EQUALLY between 2 sons:
Elder Son (ES) - has eyes
Younger son - has body

Seeing as the ES got the eyes and powerful chakra, it can be assumed that he possessed a watered-down version of rinnegan (that spiral looking thing). YS got the body and great amounts of chakra. Stamina is not a problem as powerful chakra and amount of chakra equal out, as i said in my post before.

The manga has stated that it is possible for rinnegan to be achieved by "evolving/upgrading" sharingan. Whether Senju DNA is needed is still up for debate.
Using common sense, we can infer that:
If you are a descendent of ES, you need the body, in form on DNA, which is what you are missing from your genes to unlock rinnegan.
If you are a descendent of YS, you need the eyes, which is what you are missing from your genes to unlock rinnegan.

Seeing as Nagato is an Uzumaki which branched from Senju, it can be inferred that he is missing the eyes. Logically, the only way for him to get rinnegan is through implanting eyes, as i stated above why. More proof of this is:
1. madara uchiha seems to have known who he was
2. Tobi said so (he doesnt ALWAYS lie, plus why would he lie to someone he was about to kill?)
3. As blaze release said, nagato was most likely chosen for his chakra supplies

Using this information, it can proved that his eyes were implanted, most likely from Uchiha Madara.
If there is any holes in this, please point them out, as i tried to be a thorough as possible.

madara uchiha without senju cells can still use the rinnegan. he had enough chakra to fight a battle to the death with hahsi. he used chakra to control the kyubbi and he had enough chakra use PS and other techs. there is no proof suggesting that one needs senju dna to use the rinnegan.
