Thought Edo not being under restrictions made it clear that Kabuto has it. Edited conditions to say Kabuto has all his Edos to make it clearer.
Btw, those saying either would rape, ur saying either would rape Kabuto + Madara + 30+ edos? Really? I believe that by current feats, either could solo Kabuto without ET, but Kabuto with his whole ET army is too much for either to solo imo.

Kabuto's only useful edo against these two is Madara, and possibly Itachi.

Nagato takes on Itachi (if allowed) and Kabuto at the same time, while Tobi curbstomps Madara.

Then, Tobi rapes Kabuto, with Nagato's help.
