Nagato and the elements

Nagato has ALL the damn elements yet he never uses them. Why?

Maybe he never had to. He has gravity manipulation... kinda makes the others seem really boring at that point.

Yeah I know what you mean he literally has every elemental ninjutsu yet he never used them except for stupid things.

I think Kishi did this to make Nagato not any more OP then he already was.

I don't think so Deva path has been shown to do water techniques while....well still deva path.

i think nagato can use them not pain but nagato can prob use them but he was cripple and yeah he was tied up to machine so YEAH
