kabuto throws white rage while he turns liquid and tobi goes intangible. kabuto then summons manda to restrain naruto while he preps sakon and tayuya. tobi turns tangible and already has his pipe through nagato's brain. gory death for him lol.
tayuya genjutsu + chakra scalpel cuts narutos head off. the reason they can do all this is white rage paralysis and possibly a hit from tobi genjutsu which captured even kyuubi
