and why u have to put kakashi there ? he was fodder compared to other 3 ninja,i prefer jiraiya there

Yeah ... Minato and Itachi.
We already know Itachi can take out Nagato.
Minato taught Kakashi, so he would know everything about him EXCEPT his MS. But we already know Minato can defeat fake Madara, and Kakashi's use of the sharingan seems to be limited to copying and kamui.

I think it would be a little unfair if it were Jiraiya, plus I know people would have made the whole "Itachi and Kisame said they would loose if they faced Jiraiya" excuse which I dont believe.

... um ... you did see nagato getting sealed by itachi right?
Then again, nagato WAS being controlled by Kabuto at the time, and I think its fair to say that Nagato can fight better as himself than when he is controlled.
Still, I think Minato and Itachi would take him out with moderate difficulty. Kakashi just isn't on the same level as these guys.
