Conditions: Nagato is alive and healthy. Kabuto does not start in DSM. Itachi is an Edo that does not regenerate. Minato is alive. Both teams get a month to train together/learn each other's abilities.

Bee gets obliterated if he goes to fight Nagato (or anyone) alone. If Itachi doesn't have to constantly protect everyone else, he solos Kabuto, then proceeds to aid Minato and Bee vs Nagato, and then the same scenario that happened in the last battle vs Nagato occurs again.

They have minato, so speed is in there favor and all strongest Justus easily get ftg.

Nagato's biggest weakness is genjutsu and speed.. just not a good matchup imo, especially with Minato there.
