Tough one because both of Minato and Tobis space time+ Minato can tag him to help him buuut i think Nagatos Nakara path would play a huge role.If Nagato flys in the air and spams Shinra Tensei and uses the bird summon to put the nakra path to keep bringing back Itachi they can win.

Why restrict Izanami? Restrict FTG or Tobi's Teleport?

I'm sorry But Nagato and Itachi win. Plus they're healthy? Nagato's spamming Shinra Tensei and Itachi WILL get Minato or Tobi in Tsukuyomi.They have too many options, and Nagato's Universal Pull to Itachi's Totsuka blade?

Wait... is this rinnegan Tobi? If so, he solos low-mid diff. Put Minato and Nagato's team and he'd most likely still solo.
If it's pre-rinnegan Tobi though, Nagato and Itachi win high diff.

Pre-rinnegan Tobi or current, doesn't really matter because his team wins. Both Tobi & Minato are S/T tech users, eventually it will become 2vs1 as they can trap either Itachi or Nagato into oblivion. Imo, Tobi team take this from mid-difficulty.
