Nagato and Itachi vs SM Naruto and MS Sasuke

Round one: Nagato is using Six Paths of Pain and Itachi has his illness. Naruto starts off in base and Sasuke with sharigan.

Round two: Nagato is in good health, such when he defaeted Hanzou and Danzo and fought RM Naruto Itachi and Bee. itachi does not have his illness, so basically has edo feats and fight with Sasuke feats. Naruto starts off in SM and has his battle with Pain feats and battle with 3d Raikage feats. Sasuke starts with MS ans has all his feats from fight with Bee, A, Gaara and the gang, Danzo and Kabuto.

So basically the better Uzumaki and the better Uchiha vs their worse counterparts? Because they're both sick I say Team 1 loses high difficulty in Round 1 if they don't win high difficulty, which is possible. They stomp in Round 2 with ease.

Well, I personally believe that Naruto and Sasuke can defeat their elder clan memebers in the first round. However, in the second round I see the fight being more difficult to call. SM naruto seems much stronger than RM Naruto, even if he isn't as fast. He should be able to hold off Nagato with toad summons and Ma and Pa, while Sasuke deals with Itachi... Sasuke has shown better use of amaterasu and Susanoo than itachi, alive or dead. Plus with MS he should be able to counter Itachis genjutsu.

Lol,deva path solo'd sm naruto 3 boss summons ma and pa despite naruto having knowledge and deva being weakened. Itachi and pain win low-mid diff in scenario 1.
