this is a tough argument and debate indeed and both sides make great points so it's hard to decide but will say that sasuke now is much stronger than itachi due to itachi low chakra reserves

Susanoo is purely made out of chakra, and is therefore, absorbable by the Preta path, and can also be handled by Deva. The Deva path could hold his own against the Kyuubi (not fully transformed, sure, but nonetheless, a remarkable achievement) and since Madara's Susuanoo was said to have power EQUAL to a tailed beast, I think Nagato should be able to handle Sasukes Susanoo

Very great points but this is Sasuke vs 6 Paths of Pain, not healthy Nagato. Healthy Nagato >Naruto>Sasuke>Itachi.

I say they are tied tho...this battle can have multiple scenarios ...

Nagato=Sasuke
Sasuke>Itachi
