Ok, idk, im crazy confused, amd btw, im NEW XD, but in the manga, Madra said that his hair is showing his true colors, an UZUMAKI right? and naruto is an Uzumaki making him a Senju right? and they said the sage is split into BODYs (Senjus-Uzumakis) and Eyes, (Uchihas.-?) so why is it that Nagato has the eyes? is that part of the sage eyes and body? or what?

The Uzumaki Clan and the Senju are related clans. And the reason why Nagato has the Rinnengan is because Mandra gave him the eyes has he said in the manga, which he later gets for the war.

in kishi's eplanation of the 3 great dojutsu he expained sharingan as being an evolution of a strain of byakugan, which now we can find as incorrect. but then again his plot for naruto(manga) wasnt fully developed when coming up with the history and system of how jutsu work. there are many things mentioned in part1 that contradict the events that happen in part2.

Its quiet obvious Senju and Uchiha are not the complete package, thats why Madara stole some of the First Hokage power to use on Himself, this leads to the conclusion that only the Uzumaki carry both powers of the Senju and Uchiha in them, that is way Madara needed Nagato and keep Him close. If so that leaves Naruto Uzumaki as the only one that can stop Him.
