I actually think that from recent chapters, IF... Sasuke got the DNA of Hashirama then its a possibility that Sasuke didn't recklessly jump in. So here my theories:
No1.
This is some form of Kinjutsu like Izanami but It needs the blood OR chakra of both Senju and Uchiha. By Sasuke Also looking like Izuna this Jutsu would probably be the perfect counter for Madara.
Since no force is actually being used i would assume is some form of illusion or Uchiha bond. Maybe it has something to do with that

I dont think Sasuke is that retarded as to throw a sword right next to Madara and expct him not to react to it
This must entail a plan and even though Madara had done something ot him (May be via a rinnengan technique maybe even deva path since sasuke could move)
I think now the plan has a plan B. But he's been stabbed through the heart so i could only see Sasuke being Temporarily being able to heal due to Senju Chakra! That would most probably be a unexpected bonus though since the objective here is to stop Madara. Has something to do with the sword but i think Having no susano'o up was part of the plan because he could have easily done so.
Maybe you guys can help expand on this idea or come up with an idea of your own but my understanding of it s that it MOST PROBABLY a illusion of some sort but not Genjutsu but Kinjutsu, Forbidden
