Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Increasing their speed and ability to kill several times and i did this while just having entered short-range.
As soon as the kunais leave my hand i do rapid hand-seals and use

A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

I use the large-scale version.
So at one hand you have to defend against incredibly fast kunais and even if you do, you won´t have time to defend the gust of wind before it knocks and blow you away, making you move.xd

Description: The user focuses his radio frequency chakra to his hand and simply snaps his fingers releasing the chakra and an enormous sound wave of high or low frequency that covers the whole terrian damaging everyone except the user because hes unaffected by radio frequency and by doing this jutsu the user causes the effects of the certain frequency.
This jutsu can only be used once.
No Radio Frequency Jutsu Next turn.

Before you can do your wind terror. The technique releases an extremely low frequency radio waves, causing you to go blind, doing a lot of damage to your brain(makes it feel like your head is gonna explode) and makes you fall down into the path of the fire again.
