Kazuo is a fair-skinned, tall, and muscular shinobi; who has dark-blue eyes and short-ish jet-black hair (like Asuma). He has long sideburns that join into a small beard. He usually wears his flak jacket unzipped (like Gai) except on formal occasions. While sparring, he does not wear his flak jacket, only a thin white T-shirt (and sometimes takes that off too). On special missions, he wears plated armor (like Shodaime/Nidaime). Instead of hitai-ate, he wears that thing that goes around your face (Yamato and Tobirama have it).
Personality:
Kazuo is a very calm man, and never gets too worked up on anything. He is always serious and seldom spends time on joking around or having fun with his friends. He treats the hokage with utmost respect and worships him like a god. Whenever in his presence, he kneels and puts his forehead on the ground. He adresses him as "my lord" and is always obedient and loyal to him. But no one else can make him bow. In a team, he always acts as captain as he is willing to put his life at risk to save the others. Nonetheless, he respects all his teammates' abilities and opinions.

History:
Kazuo's parents were s-class elites of the hokage before they died. Kazuo's dream is to become like that one day. He has utmost respect for hokage who was the master (not sensei) of his parents. His parents died in the Third Shinobi World War. They were fighting 100 cloud nin and winning, but the leader was a coward, so he fled and reported this to raikage. They sent 500 men to kill the two leaf nins, but still they could not kill them. Finally, the cowardly leader poisoned them in their sleep, thus killing them.
