Either way the only people capable of using the eight gates (if they knew them) the best are: (and yes these are in order of who could use them best)

1.Naruto
2. Bee
3. 3rd raikage
4/5. Tsunade & A

Because the gates does tear up muscles but all of these people are used to having tons of chakra flowing through them already, they all have alot of chakra, and they all have either ridiculous levels of healing or their bodies are super resistant to harm and they are already trained in taijutsu.

This is why I have always said Naruto has the capability of making every other ninja in the world look weak if he were to actually train.

After the eighth gate is opened death is all but insured.

Not because of the damage to the body, which while extensive is not the cause of death for a gates user.

Do you want to know why? It is because when the 8th gate is open, the user is accessing 100% of their chakra at once, instead of the normal 20% that a ninja is able to access at any one time.


Thus the user would probably die of chakra exhaustion before their body would be damaged enough to kill them, unless they only stayed in the 8th gate for like 30 seconds.

Sir thats not chakra thats muscle power, your muscles would disinigrate if you used 100% of them.

Its not because their chakra is used up when the 8th gate is opened, its because the 8th Gate causes the heart to beat at maximum capacity, thereby overloading the heart and eventually killing the user through the combined damage of the body and heart failure.
