Mystic Gohan is said to be the strongest non fused character in DBZ. Goku said he couldn't take on Super-Boo. Gohan obliterated him effortlessly.

But battle of gods is canon to, that means Mystic Gohan got one shotted by bills. Yeah, not a great feat indeed.

It really depends whether you look at the Boo saga or the BOG movie.

I don't really think Goku or Vegeta should be stronger than Mystic Gohan. He was supossed to be the strongest in the universe :|

SSJ3 Goku at end of DBZ was the strongest. reason? Hes a better natural fighter, and he had finally got used to SSJ3, and could use it in a legit fight.
