This mystery Zetsu has dark hair, same as the ramen guy.
It all makes perfect sense!! The ramen Guy is upset because his store was destroyed when the Village was attacked by Pain.
Madara promised him a new store in the Dream World so he sided with Madara so he can become a ramen billionaire!!!
