Mystery of Susano'o

How do you believe susano'o is unlocked exactly? It's apparently debateable considering the circumstances behind Itachi and Sasuke's words, Shisui having susano'o and Madara supposedly not showing any unique doujutsu or Amaterasu or Tsukuyomi in his EMS state.

Since I've decided to remain neutral in this thread, I'll leave as accurate facts as I can as well as a poll before giving my final viewpoints.

Facts

-Itachi states Susano'o is the third and final technique after Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu that he unlocked.
-The databook encompassing the descriptions of these techniques states the two previous techniques are required to unlock the susano'o

-Susano'o in shinto was the god of the sea and storms and brother to Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi.

-Sasuke stated only those who control the double mangekyou can use this power while still calling it the third power.

-Sasuke possesses Itachi's doujutsus

-Shisui possesses susano'o in the new game by Kishimoto

-shisui possessed Koto Amatsukami in both eyes

-Shisui has not shown an ability other than KA and susano'o

-Obito's eyes both possess Kamui

-Madara possesses susano'o but has not used Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi or any one of kind doujutsus in his EMS state.

-Madara was able to bring susano'o to a perfect form compared to Sasuke, Itachi and Shisui

-Kankuro under unknown circumstances knew of Amaterasu

-Eye of the moon plan involves the use of Tsukuyomi being cast on the moon to enchant everyone

My interpretations, questions and theories

-Since Itachi read the Uchiha stone and the databook states his two former techniques are required to unlock susano'o, it sounds almost refutable. However, this is where the words "double mangekyou" by Sasuke come in. Was he referring to the same two techniques? Any two techniques? Or one technique unlocked in both eyes and the possession of two eyes?

-Does Madara possess Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi or something he has not yet shown? Could Limbo be his unique doujutsu that was carried over into his Rinnegan state? If this is true, what was Izuna's one of a kind doujutsu? Is Infinite Tsukuyomi simply a great genjutsu or the original Tsukuyomi itself, indicating that Obito and Madara do indeed have it?

-If Kankuro knows of Tsukuyomi, that can only mean it is legendary and thus has been used by someone in the pastfor others to winess, whether that be Itachi or someone else.

Madara doesn't have Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu but he has Susanoo so you don't need these two abilities to be able to use Susanoo.

Its depend on user ability you have unlock power of any type in both eyes then you activate 3rd power susanoo.

Not using them is not the same as not having them. And the whole eye of the moon plan is based on using a Tsukuyomi, which both Obito and Madara planned to do.

Can't say. I haven't gotten that far in the anime, but from what I understand in the manga, it was implied to be a basic sharingan genjutsu.

Not using them is not the same as not having them. And the whole eye of the moon plan is based on using a Tsukuyomi, which both Obito and Madara planned to do.

Madara and Obito were going to use the Juubi's eye to project the IT on the moon,it doesn't have to do anything with Madara's EMS.

Just sayed from others, a Uchiha to unlock Susano`o must have TWO Mangekyou sharingan. So Obito can`t uses the Susano'o.

Well theres something that ive read up about the sharingan - although I cant remember where. It states that each eye has a different property than the other. One would be from reality or physical, the other from imagination or intangible. Like the amaterasu for the right eye? Physical. Then the tsukuyomi the other. Imaginary. If you master both mangekyou (physical and imaginary or left and right eyes) you can use the susanoo which is one's imagination becoming physical.

Like for obitos kamui, his right eye can transport anything he touches into another realm (physical) then his left eye can just look at something and send it to the other side (imaginary)

If you can controll two Mangekyou, you get Susano'o. That's what it seems like.

I don't think that having Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi is a must for Susano'o.

I think it was planned to have both Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi for Susano'o, but Kishi forgot about his own manga, so he retconned it.

Incorrect. They stated "they" were going to cast and control the jutsu. The juubi was their power source to do such a thing.
