Good theory, but I think you're kind of cherry picking on the appearance part.

If you look at the right picture, you will see that the left horn points toward the right where as on the right picture the left horn points away from the right horn. Furthermore, the spacing between the horns on the left picture is closer than on the right picture. Also, Zetsu has spikes running down his arm in the right picture and in the left picture there is not indication of spikes below his shoulder, but that's just my thoughts.

lets say that your zetsu chaos is correct , my 2 questions are: where is the zetsu that is with the mask of the flame mask , when you see tobi fighting obito and when he appeared in the uchiha massacre and well... the rinnegan mask ?

The flaring is from the chakra and doesnt mean that these are the protrusions of the other zetsu, there are lots of unanswered questions in the manga, and I dont expect we will find out the answer to any of them in the identity of the mystery man, I'm addressing the kabuto and yamato issues.
