Those guys are developed zetsu's, that guy who call himself shin has the DNA of the Uchihas, I highly dought he a real deal Uchiha, they are all being Made By that mini 10 tails.....how can a father and son have the same eye power.
That mini Juubi was made by Madara Uchiha body, we all don't knw what happened to his body, and it created those Uchiha copies, using madara DNA and Zetsu,s that was left underground.....that Juubi powered itself By both Naruto and Sasuke DNA...during their final Fight they supposely lost there Arms, and lot of Blood, all the remains, was used by that Mini JUUBI to power itself as well as the Zutsu's to recreate their human flesh.
So practically Sasuke Ambitions created that Mini JUUBI....if he had not fought Naruto for Leadership, all those Fake Uchihas would not have existed.
