Nah, I would say Sasuke is right in the middle. A 3 at best.

Remember, Sasuke outsmarted Danzo with a genjutsu distraction of Itachi. This made Danzo think that he had one more Sharingan on his arm when actuality, all of his Sharingan were already sealed up.

He's genjustsu is not a 3 he's gen jutsu is worse than itachi because he is a prodigy at genjutsu .

He has itachi's eyes...let's assume his genjutsu has been upgraded...I say 4 since he can get out of tsukuyomi as seen in their fight...and use his genjutsu skills to out wit an opponent of kage level (danzo) , despite it being considered "weak genjutsu"

Base naruto? 0/5 in genjutsu man, not 2/5. His taijutsu sucks unless you factor in clone combos, so i'd give him a 3/5. Ninjutsu, he'd be a 3.5 or 4 because despite knowing 1 A level technique (and its variants) all he knows is a couple high chakra techniques. Intelligence 2.5/5, stamina 4/5 hand seals 2/5, strength and speed are fodder level like 2/5 for each.

Sage mode naruto has a 3/5 in genjutsu because you can't avoid eye contact to get rid of it, but it takes a while. He gets 4/5 taijutsu because frog katas, his ninjutsu goes up to 5 because of the added focus and ability to use senjutsu chakra. His stamina stays at 4/5 because despite using none of his own chakra, he can only stay sage mode for a few minutes at a time. His speed goes up to 4/5, and his strength goes up to 5/5. His intelligence (or focus at least) goes up to 4/5. His hand seals still stay like 2/5 because he barely has any jutsus that use hand signs.

Bm naruto has a genjutsu back to 0/5, his taijutsu (skill) goes back to 3/5, his ninjutsu stays at a 5/5 because the flexibility of his techniques, his intelligence goes up to 3/5 because of the fox's wisdom, his stamina goes to 5/5 (wish it could go higher) his speed goes to 5/5 (wish THIS could go higher), and his strength goes to 5/5.
