There are 14 mods for a reason, each on different time zones, more than there have ever been on nb, it almost guarantees a mod on at all times, at least one. If they deserve punishment a mod will infract them, just because someone didn't know something, or because he was to stupid to figure it out doesn't mean you have any right to "punish" him in ANY way shape or form, ESPECIALLY due to the fact that you aren't mods.

If you wanna be the nb watch guard, and be all gay and report any person who spams, flames or does anything(Which btw, is extremely hypocritical since more than half your members do the same, or have done the same at one point in time) fine, that is within your rights as members, but to gain up on someone and try to inflict your own punishments isn't, in all rights each one of you deserve just as much "punishment" as any one else.
