Well for me its because that Naruto is again in the spotlight leaving Sasuke in the Shadows.
Seriously ,he had already got 1 more power up ( BM 50 % ) than Sasuke in this war and he is about to get his 2 power up. ( BM 100 % ) , wtf ?
Didn't Kishi say that they are like the yin and yang and if he think about a power up for Naruto , he must think of one for Sasuke ?

And what disgust me the most is that there is a possibility for him of getting the Rinnegan ( btw if that happens , i'm done with the series ).

Sasuke most likely get PS... Calm down.
PS is suppose to counter Kurama mode...
Though we all know Kuruma mode will overwhelm.. So
