Blame the people, not the race.
You are one example that not all black people are like that, so don't lose hope to your race, there is definitely others who are more like you.
This ... is kind of true to a point.
The problem is that, in this world of government, companies have to be able to show that they are not biased in their employment procedures. How is that? You simply have to employ people ... get this ... based on their race.
It's called equal opportunity and racial quota. Your company 'should have' x number of blacks, y number of hispanics, and what-not. I've seen blacks and hispanics get hired into positions they were -not- qualified for... simply because the quota had to be filled.
Then, it's harder than hell to get rid of them if they are PoS workers... why? "They fired me because I'm black!"
It's the same kids who successfully intimidated the teacher with: "you're racist!" Only, now, they are adults, and can tie up a company in a multi-million dollar litigation suit.
And that is how these people are getting by. They vote for politicians who will increase welfare spending (often citing the income differences between racial groups), and act like hooligans. The worse they perform, the more the political and media systems use it as evidence that racism is the primary culprite. The more support they get from these groups, the worse they can afford to act.
Now - there are people who will laze their way through any system. There are plenty who do that within any racial group. The problem is that our government has institutionalized race and made it a functional part of their policies. That means race is very much a tool of political and legal leverage.
It's not a problem that can just be ignored. We've created a system that rewards people for using the 'racism' card - which means large portions of an entire ethnic group use it to their advantage. It's not 'equal' - it's not 'fair' - it's a form of social terrorism. "Employ me, or you're a racist." "Don't fire me, or you're a racist." "Write me a check for the difference in our incomes, or you're all racists."
Their success and failure in this world is not tied to their actions or performance. It is, instead, tied to the racial category established by our government. Which is why they don't care about how they perform in school - they don't care to be entrepreneurs - they don't care to perform at work. And why should they? "You're a racist" works to get what they want far more often than not.
